Refund policy

At Genius Hair Collection, we value your satisfaction and stand by the quality of our products. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

 

📦 Returns

We accept returns on eligible hair extensions and wigs within 14 days of the original purchase date.

To qualify for a return:

The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

Items cannot be returned if they have been opened, worn, combed, installed, dyed, altered, or tampered with in any way.

All return requests must be submitted via email with your order number and reason for return.

If your return is approved, you will be responsible for shipping the item back to us at your expense.

 

💰 Refunds

Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item. If approved:

A refund will be issued to your original payment method.

A restocking fee will be deducted from your refund total.

Please allow 7–10 business days for processing after the return is received.

 

✅ Refund Exceptions

Refunds will be granted in full (with no restocking fee) only under these conditions:

You receive the wrong item or

Your product is defective, or

We failed to meet the agreed-upon custom specifications.

In these cases, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery, with clear photos and a description of the issue.
